You said you disabled everything--did you disable Norton?

You can do that by clicking on the icon on the bottom task bar and following directions.

Have you disabled Windows Firewall? To do that, click on Start, click on control panel, click on the firewall icon, and tick the off button.

Are all your Active X programs engaged? On Internet Explorer 6, Go to Tools, click on Manage Add-Ons, and go down the list and engage all disabled programs. The steps are a bit different using IE7, but you should be able to figure it out.
