Default Outlook 2007 send/receive error?

I have Yahoo! Plus and when I walk thru the instruction, to allow me to use Outlook 2007 for this account, on the website this is the error I receive. I don't think this is something that I can fix, but as I didn't see an email for actual Yahoo! support I figured y'all were the next best thing.

If someone can help me with this problem I would be deeply greatful!

Task 'userid@yahoo.com - Receiving' reported error (0x80042110) : 'Your POP3 server is providing inconsistent information. The number of messages returned by the STAT command does not match the number of items returned by the UIDL or LIST commands. Contact your POP3 or Internet service provider.'

BTW... ISP doesn't have email attached to it and does not require authentication of any kind; TWC router handles all of that.

Yahoo have recently changed its pop3 mail address and some of the settings.
* Incoming mail server (pop3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
* Outgoing mail server (SMPT) : plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
