i cannot sent e-mails because an error pops up?

i recently answered a Yahoo e-mail that said my e-mail was not protected and i should change some settings. i contacted yahoo and was directed how to change the settings. since that time i have received messages saying my server was not correct and now i cannot send messages because an error has occurre. error #Ox800ccc78. HELP
