Default Outlook Express Problem?

Using Windows XP & Outlook Express 6

When trying to create a new email I get the message "Address book failed to load, may not be installed properly"

I have spent the past 2 hours trying to fix it, I have tried everything I could find on the net, from reinstalling to editing windows registry to deleting wab files etc etc etc but nothing works, I'm really going mad now, can anyone help me with this?
pop I think!
jhann96 - been there done that, it doesn't work unfortunately
Ben - I've already done that and it didn't work either.
