Hello I am sending 200 emails to different addresses to my new profile users.

The only common feature is that all emails have to go with jpg logo at the top of the letter And the CC and subjects are the same.

I find my self adding the logo, CC and Subject to all individual letters.

I have a few questions.

1.Is there a way to customize my E-mail in order for the logo appear at the top of the letter every time I click the new letter button?
2.The CC and Subject for all the E-mails are the same.
Also is there a way to customize my E-mail in order for the CC and Email subject to be the same every time I click new.?
