It happened a week ago. When I was working with my address book of Outlook Express, my PC suddenly got frozen. Then, when I logged on later, I found I couldn't access to my address book anymore. When I tried to open it, the message said ' Your address book isn't installed properly ". When I tried to read the mails I got before, another message pops up and says " The problem has occurred when you are reading this mail.", and I can't read them anymore. I've spoken to the support centre of my PC, and the specilaist has given me tips over the phone for nearly an hour. Though, it was in vain and I've started using my yahoo's account after all. It's sad I can't read all of my previous mails anymore and I've lost some people's contact details as they are in my address book. I still can't believe and don't want to give up with what's happened to my Outlook Express. Though, it's my fault that I haven't saved my contact details to other disc etc. Does anyone has had similar problem before ??
