I have deleted some names from a distribution list but when I send mail to that list they are still on it. When I check the list in the address book they are not listed there.
Does anyone know how to fix this before I pull my hair out?

When you are addressing the email message, does the mailing list name populate as you start to type it? If so, I think if you delete that name from the little pop-up list in the To box, and then manually go to your Contacts section and select the appropriate contact list, it will overwrite the old version that is being held in memory.
