McAfee can't help on this one so I'm baffled. When I downloaded new virus protection from McAfee (when I renewed my subscription), the Spam folder in Outlook (Works 2000 version) promptly disappeared. I have no idea where my Spam is going, but I do know that genuine emails are being sent into Spam and it's frustrating that I can't get to them.
McAfee suggested uninstalling and reinstalling its virus protection/Spamkiller but this didn;t make any difference.
Any computer buffs out there? Help!
