Default How do I remove new malware.j virus?

McAfee says it detects new malware.j trojan in C:/WINDOWS/Isass.exe.I can't fix anything because when I turn on the computer nothing shows up. I can't run anything. All the icons and the start menu aren't there and I can't do anything. All that s there is my desktop picture. all i can do is move the mouse. I can start the computer in safe mode with the command prompt but I don't really know how that will help. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sasser worm can be removed by downloading a tool from Symantec.http://www.securityresponse.symantec...xSasser.exeThe removal procedure may not be successful if Windows Me/XP System Restore is not disabledTo turn it off do:1. Click Start.2. Right-click the My Computer icon, and then click Properties.3. Click the System Restore tab.4. Check "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" as shown in this illustration:5. Click Apply.6. When turning off System Restore, the existing restore points will be deleted. Click Yes to do this.7.
