HI, all I have searched questions on here but could'nt find anything helpful :S I have been getting 'flu like' symptoms since Monday but I don't know what it is ?I have an almost constant headache, temperature like a yoyo (up and down), very limited apetite and feel exhausted...Any ideas - just a virus ? should I perhaps see my doctor??

Nothing anyone can do for a virus. It's only been 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids (without caffeine), rest, eat lightly (soups, toast--nothing heavy). Take Tylenol for your temperature and headache and you'll be fine.There is nothing a doctor can give you. If you're thinking antibiotics---they don't work on viruses. And this does sound like a simple virus. You'll be back to normal in a few days.

The weather is so up and down at the moment you may well have a bug-it may be worth getting checked out anyway.

Your always better to check with the doc can't be too care full when it comes to your health and that's what he gets paid for anyway
