plz help me, my internet explorer keeps popping up out of the blue and it wont stop. I can't uninstall it and I reset the settings but that didn't work either. PLEASE HELP!!!

Download spybot or adware 2007. Seems like you have spyware.

Load and install a popup blocker as well as anti-spyware should stop that.

It Sounds Like You May Have Some Kind Of Virus, Or Spyware Going On. I Would Download A Repsectible Virus And Spyware Program, Like Norton, Or Spybot. Somthing That Will Protect Your Computer From Things Happening That You Don't Want To Happen.
