Default Internet explorer keeps loading randomly with tons of pop ups, when I try...

...to close it, it reloads again, help! I've been having this problem a lot lately, and it's really starting to bother me. I don't ever use IE, but for some reason, something has caused it to load on it's own with a lot of popups! I have Trend Micro AntiVirus, Webroot Spy Sweeper, and even Ad-Aware, and everytime I run these programs they come up clear. I know something's wrong, but I don't know where to start to fix the problem. Someone, please help!

it sounds like there is a virus one of the easiest way to get rid of this problems is reinstalling your operating system all you will need to do is to backup all your files music ,pictures, videos etc.. and load your operating system again doing that you will start like new and you will only need to load your backup into your computer again and ofcourse all your antivirus programs.

something else that you can do is get hijackthis is a software that runs in your computer and it will show and give you a list of all the bad files and where the problem can be

i smell a virus

download avast from download.com
and do a full virus scan
might take 2 hours but worth it
or you can try kaspersky antivirus

if this problem still persists, try to system restore to a date when this didnt happen
then do a full virus scan

if all else fails
reinstall your operating system (should be last option)

Yes it can be a virus attact you, but before you make a bigger mistake by reinstall your system, try first to edit your browser option, by click on the menu bar tools/option/ and click use blank on the general tab, and then click delete cookies, and delete files, and then change the security option of your browser at the security tab, and then try to check list Block pop-ups at the privacy tab, then at the programs tab click the reset web setting, and then try to manage your browser addons extension by clicked the manage-addons, the last try to change setting at the advanced tab.
if this is not still repair your problem, then from start menu, click run and then type msconfig and go to service and startup menu, and then unchecked list or stop the unbelievable running programme there. If it's not still repair yet, then try to use your anti viruse software. and if it's not fix your problem then reisntall your browser, and if it's not fix the problem then reinstall the system, if it's not fix the problem then contact Microsoft to get your new CD Operation system.
