i am trying to download itunes on my laptop, every time i hit download on the itunes website, my internet promptly says that there is a problem and shuts itself down, and then restarts itself. this is extremely frustrating. i feel like there is something wrong with my internet explorer, because it has behaved oddly before. when i x out of an internet window it says there is a problem and automatically restarts itself. i've tried updating everything and scanning for any problems. i have no idea how to correct this so any helpful suggestions would be great.
