I have been having problems with my IE (not fully loading pages, downloading, sometimes not opening pages at all) my Internet provider checked the speed and connections, nothing was wrong so they suggested I get Firefox. Problem is, my IE is so bad that it will not fully DL Firefox. I've tried for hours and it will DL about a third of the way then freeze. Any suggestions of what I should do? This is really frustrating!
I don't need software suggestions. I need other options on how to run the software on my computer bc my IE wont fully DL the program.

Dump it and get (ACE explorer) never had a problem with it..I feel ya pain.
