internet explorer application error code 0x04d8849e?

i keep getting this error code when i close out my browser. it then gives me the option to debug it. it then gives me the option to report it to microsoft. anyone else have this problem?

Doing a search on Google their is no such error number. Are you sure you have copied the exact error code?
