Default How Do I Fix This Problem? (my Internet Explorer Cannot Download Nothing

From The Internet) Windows Vista.....? I Turned Off My Firewall.and I Still Have A Problem With Downloading From The Websites.

When The Downloading Window Pops Out It Stays On 0%.
And It Doesn't Tell Me How Much Time Its Going To Take To Download From The Websites.

This Comes Out After The Computers Patience Runs Out:
Internet Explorer Cannot Download 1234567.exe From 1234567.com

Internet Was Not Able To Open This Internet Site.the Requested Site Is Either Unavailable Or Cannot Be Found.please Try Again Later.

Dude, first of all, calm down. If you're unwilling to tell us the filename and the website, I'm forced to assume it's something less-than-reputable.

Maybe you should stop trying to download something you shouldn't be if that's what it is.

Sounds like it's on their site, honestly. But if you wanna go out on a limb, get Google Chrome from http://www.google.com/chrome and give it a spin real fast. If Chrome won't work, then give Firefox or Opera a go. If none of those work, contact a friend and see if he can download it at his computer. If he can, then you need to contact someone about your computer, because it may be your internet, or maybe the FTP protocols on your computer.

yes i agree with Jason Firefox is undoubtedly much better in numerous ways, so hopefully if you decide to try Firefox it will work on there and all your problems will be solved and you can have a party,
