I keep getting a window message tht internet explorer has encountered a problem

and closes my window? How can i correct this internet explorer problem in error reporting. I tried deleting error reporting in internt explorer but it asn't corrected the problem. Also get window message from Mocrosoft to report or not to send report on problem. How can I correctyhis problem???? HELP!
