my web browser which is internet explorer isn't working and I've tried everything to try and fix it, all i found out was that it's not due to connectivity, and i don't think explorer is down right now. When i diagnosed the problem it said that it might be due to fire wall, but fire wall is off and it said to check HTTP ports 40 443 and 21. So if someone could tell me what to do or helpful tips like what ports are and how to find them that would be great, thanks.
