Default I keep getting a message that Flash9.dox is causing a problem and that my
internet explorer needs to close? then i am forced to restart. I reset my internet explorer through internet tools did not work. reinstalled internet explorer did not work. it happens when i am in my email reading messages. anyone got any suggestions

Download and run the Flash Player uninstall tool from http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157

Reboot.

Reinstall Flash Player.
