Okay it just started this recent;y, I can't seem to fix it I've scanned and everything I don't have a virus,spyware and no malware.
I'm in safe mode with networking right now to see if I can do anything to help.
It also refuses to update it will just sits there saying "do not unplug or turn off power" it remained that way for four days!!! then over heated.
I let it cool off and then rebooted into safe mode and well here I am.
I ran task manager the last time in normal mode and the cpu usage was 94% and would often hit 99%!
I am running vista prem. any suggestions are welcome Dx!
