I can only download a trial version of that. Open Office.org looks nice, but is it an adequate substitute? My friend wants to send me some Italian words among other things and she asked me if I have Microsoft Word. Shold I download Open Office or something else? Thanks.

open office is a great alternative to word. free is always a good price. and dont quote me on this, but i think that the formats are the same, so you can save, then move to word, and back to open office again.
