okay so like when i click on the start button on the left screen i want to open my iTunes right? well what i get is "preparing to install" what the heck does that mean. it never used to say that. and it says " the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" same for my microsoft word and my saved document on Word. what do i do? please help. i can open my pictures and stuff but not my other stuff^^^please and thank you. also it says "please verify that you installed this source.." or whatever. what does it mean install it was doing fine till one day it decided to turn on me. lol. k thats all.
