I purchased the product and installed it. It worked for a little bit, and then it started saying that I couldn't edit the selection because it was locked. It wasn't a trial, because I purchased and installed the program. I even entered the product key and configured the program. What do I do? All of the buttons are gray and I can't type. It was an important document and I need to edit it.
