My school uses Microsoft Outlook. Web Access 2003, which is http://ketsmail.us

I hate logging on every time on the internet to check it, and I want to configure it with a client. As far as I know, Outlook 2003 is the only useable client with it, and if not, thats what I want to use because I have it. I need instructions on how to do this. I know its possible, because the teachers here have it configured. My IT person here at the school knows how to do it, but she's not in the building right know I don't think.
