Get your cursor where you want it to go. Then go to the top of the page, click on Insert, then file and tell it what file and it will put it in there, Or highlight what you want to put in by getting your cursor in the upper left corner of it, hold the left button on the mouse down and move the cursor to the lower right corner of what you want. Hold the Ctrl key down and hit C. It will copy it to the clipboard. Now get the cursor where you want to add it, Hold the Ctrl key and hit V. It will put it in there.
