I just opened up my 2007 PowerPoint and all the words are being placed over each other. I don't know what happen, I didn't change any kind of settings and now I can't make out one word. Even the default words are a jumbled together, does any one know how to fix it besides, un-install/reinstall?

Hit the Insert key on your keyboard - this will toggle the overwrite mode!

if you push the insert key, this will switch the mode, it will stop the overwriting, and it should be back to normal.

I think this is a compatibility issue. The file was created using a different presentation application. You may be more specific on how did you create the file originally and then we can help you. Meanwhile, you may try to use different design layout for your presentation or change fonts, or install missing fonts.
