I believe all you have to do is copy one presentation into the other...

Of course there's a way. Select the slide(s) you want to paste into an existing presentation. You can select them all at once if you select from the panes on the left (if not there click on view, restore panes), or use the slide sorter view, copy them, and then go to where you want to paste them and paste. A little icon will appear next to each slide that has an arrow. Click on the arrow. If you want to maintain the design of the presention you pasted them into, then choose "Use Design Template Formatting". If you want the pasted pages to use the original design from where you copied them, choose "Keep source formatting". If both presentations have the same exact design and formatting, then you don't need to use those steps. Do check your formatting on the pasted slides though.

Print Screen is NOT the way to do it. All you'll have is an image of the page that can't be edited.

You can do slide view and hold down control and select what slides you want to copy into your new presentation then while still on slide view you can move the pages around how you want them arranged.

AllyCat,
I found about 15,500,000 Powerpoint tip sites Online. I hope that this helps. Please let me know what you found and where so that I might also have access to it. Have a wonderful weekend.
Thanks,
Eds
