Is this really bad score for excel and Microsoft word test?

I got on Excel test 68% and word 50%. I took this test for temp company.

Yes. They want all their temps to score at least 70% in order to be considered for assignments.

Depends on how your company grades, but i'm not sure on if those are good. They are both in the not so good range when it comes to percentages, if they were using 100 %.
