Save your graph under excel under a certain name. Then open power point. When you're at the slide you want to put it in, go to 'insert,' go down to 'picture,' then click on 'from file.' then just pick the graph you want to put in!

Select the graph in Excel
Click Edit -> Copy
Go into Power Point
Select Edit -> Paste Special
One of the options is paste as a excel chart, or something like that, choose it. The graph should pop up.
