How do I attach a "log-in" table to a form? Meaning someone enters their name and password and have it have to match what is stored for them?

You can set a password in the menu Tools>Security

Create a form that associates to your user table. The table contains the user login ID and password. Fields (ID & password) must be matched in order to continue the process. Remember to check the length of field and password reset or retrieve functions.
