I use Visio for work. We are trying to make things a little easier with using title blocks that we make for our drawings. We tried to make pull down menu's for all the info we put into the title blocks. But we had to use exel sheets for that. Now when we save the drawings, it takes a few minutes to fully save. Is there a way to make a pull down (drop down) menu within Visio so we dont have to use 7 different exel sheets in the drawings?
