I am creating a database for my work (Real Estate Agent) and although i know about databases then i am unsure about how to go about this. The situation is i will have a primary table with info like - client name, address, phone number, when a "viewer" in the primary database i would have several different clients on the go. When a prospective viewer for their property calls us i would have to select a field relating to the property they want to view and this would have to link to a databse when i would enter details specific to the prospective viewer- name address phone number etc. The following day a person within the office would open each property and call the viewers for feedback so would have to access only viewers who had viewed the day previous. ANY IDEAS???? Thanks
