You will have to purchase the programs and install them yourself.

You will have to buy it from Microsoft, or from Dell - they do sell it. I recently bought a PC from Dell, along with the full MSOffice bundle (including PowerPoint.) But you can't get it for free - that's pirating software - and if it isn't a valid, registered copy, it won't be usable.

Good luck!

First, buy the software. Once you get it home, remove the disk from it's packaging. Then turn on your computer. After it has finished booting up, and you have read the installation information on the package the software came in, follow those instructions. It really should be just that easy.
