I need a medical speel check for Microsoft Word, please!?

I've been looking for a medical spell check addon or a program for Microsoft Word but no luck. It'd save me much time if I have such a medical spell check, anyone have such an addon or program? I'll be so grateful if I find it. BTW, I have Microsoft Office 2007. Thanks!
