I bought the Works Suite 2005 a couple years ago (2005?) and downloaded it and it worked fine. Then I got a virus, had to reinstall windows, and now as I try to install the Works Suite on my computer (same computer! just had to reinstall windows), it asks for my product key before it will let me use/activate Word. I put it in (same one that is in the disc box!) and it says it is invalid. Any information on how to fix this, or how to contact microsoft to fix this (their support website just led me in circles!!) would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks!
