I have windows vista..... for the last couple of days I have been trying to download yahoo messenger for windows vista. I keep getting an error message saying installation is unsuccessful. Can someone tell me what is going on? and how I can fix the problem

Did you read what they said on the site? That version of Messenger for Vista is very new... they are asking to let them know if you find problems. Do you want to be a tester, or would you rather wait until an upgrade that has the initial bugs fixed? They said that you can use previous versions of Messenger. I'd consider waiting for a few upgrades down the road before downloading it.

i have also got vista and the old messenger works well on here!!!!!!!not bothered with new stick with what works
