ok so a while back i changed the settings on my laptop to hide all icons on my desktop and now i cant remember how to get it back. please if u have vista or have done this help me i want it back

To show desktop icons
Right-click the desktop, point to View, and then click Show Desktop Icons.

A check mark will appear, indicating that desktop icons are displayed on your desktop.

I got this from Windows help. It works, try it.
