Does anyone know what causes the display problem in the picture below. The problem is with the start bar at the bottom of the screen. I have an Acer Aspire m3100 with windows vista home premium and my graphics card is a ATI Radeon x1250
I cannot find any solutions. The problem goes away after I restart the cpu and the start bar distorts again like 20 minutes later..

it's not the icons on the desktop it is the taskbar. sorry if i used the wrong word. it completely distorts and i cannot open anything.
