well today i could not access this program, it comes up but you cannot run it, even when signed on as adminastrator?i checked and it is turned on in advanced settings???help any one know what to do?

VISTA is has so much security , that u cant do anything! my computer has vista, but it has so many downloads, that it doesn't even turn on now
