I have downloaded a new theme, installed it correctly, but when I went to apply it, it still uses the Windows Vista Basic theme for the windows, but the task bar, start menu, etc, changes.
I have went to Window Color and Apearance, and all it has is two Windows Vista Basic, Windows Standerd, Windows Classic, and the High Contrast ones.
It does this with any theme I download, also, I don't have Windows Aero, it was removed by accedent.

Can anyone help me to get themes working correctly?

yea i have a solution!!!!! GET A MAC lol Windows Vista stinks and you going to have problems forever. you might as well downgrade to xp its better lol get a mac.
