My sidebar in vista won't open. I have been to properties and have checked to make sure that the sidebar is always on top of the windows. I have tried adding new gadgets to it and nothing, just won't open. It has worked previously and had gadgets that worked fine but now it just won't open. I have tried to restore my pc to an earlier date but it won't let me restore that far. I have an Averatec 2300 so I don't know how to factory restore seeing as how I have no CD for it. I'm running Vista Home Premium. Can anyone help me please??? If you have any idea on how to fix this problem please let me know.
I tried deleting all gadgets and it won't let me, it says you need permission to do that but i'm the administrator.
