when its almost finished installing the files it says "viwc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" and another one saying "VTP801.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" how do i install it without this showing up or any errors popping up

Usually the updates comes in droves, so it will take a few sessions and multiple restarts to get the thing completely up to speed. The updates grow more and more in number as time goes by, so I can't really put a definitive time on that. Rule of thumb would be whenever the update icon does not appear. You can choose to not install updates that don't apply to you to cut down on some of them.

First close down any other program before installing the program you want to install.
Optionally, run a virus scan.
