How Do I Fix a Synchronizing Problem With Internet Time in Windows Vista?

I attempt to synchronize my computer's time with one of the many internet time servers.

All I get is an error message that says, "An error occurred while Windows was synchronizing with xxxx."

How do I fix this problem?
