You are using Window Vista? Honestly, vista don't supports most of the electronic products. It is a good software but.... microsoft launched it too fast. By doing so, they thought they could able to promote the software at early stage. The problem with vista.... if you connecting some audio or electronic devices, the software unable to read hence, i suggest you got to check this out what kind of products or devices that can be use with Vista. Cause in Singapore, many are complaining about it.
