Windows Vista wireless keyboard problem?

well, my wireless mouse works but my wireless keyboard doesn't.
model is 5187-7583 fcc id: e5xkb5187

also,i have a s1772n hp compact computer

it was also working yesterday
and i put in new batteries today
-also, i tried plugging in 2 other keyboards and neither works

any help appreciated

the batterys in the back MUST be fully charged

Have you tried refreshing the program, that should do it.
