I bought a new Sony Vaio VGN-BX51VN which has Vista Business on it. I cant

open the DVD drive? CAn anyone help Is it possible I need to install drivers to get it to work or is this purely a hardware problem. When I press the button on the DVD drive it does nothing at all..

any help most appreciated!!!!
