Well here's the downlow

I have an IBM Thinkpad R51 2883 model
It has Access IBM installed

After upgrading to vista, it went bye-bye
how do i get it back with vista on it because well... I love Access IBM and it's a great program that can restore the factory settings incase something went wrong with it so can someone please help me get Access IBM back with the Vista installed.
