Im having a reoccurring problem with a unknown program on my Vista operated computer. It pops up at random an will only go away with alt-F4. It shows the Day the month an year, but the actual page itself shows an error (look at the picture provided in the link) how can i get rid of this? The icon for the program is a World with a Wire coming out of it.

I'm thinking it's either a virus or spyware run scans for both.
