Every time my friend opens iTunes on her computer, running Vista Basic, it crashes and seems to do some thing to the graphics of the PC. The screen splits and bluurs and changes colour, as if their is a major problem with the graphics card. After you reboot the comoputer is fine again until you open iTunes, this leads me to believe that iTunes is causing the problem, any idea's...would really appreciate it

i assume the latest iTunes is installed... 7.6.2 version.This could be also the drivers related to the graphics card, get drivers for it, and grab the newest version of itunes
