...manager did not help either? So i tried to install the usb drivers (pt 1) of the music essential kit. and this message popped up "The version of the operating system installed does not support USB Modem Drivers. Please upgrade your operating system to windows 98 or later"
SO i downloaded music manager to see if that would help. It didnt the same message would pop up. I tried to plug in the USB without installing and once again nothing. What can i do?
